Terms & Conditions for 77pud Players

1 Eligibility

To register and use a 77pud account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to all game categories on the platform without exception.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party or under instructions from another person.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or ban placed by 77pud or by a responsible gaming programme.
• You understand that online gaming involves real money and accepts the risk of losing funds wagered.

77pud reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2 Account Registration and Security

You may hold only one active account on 77pud at any time. Opening multiple accounts — using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. This information is used for KYC verification, OTP-based login security, and withdrawal processing.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members.
• You must notify 77pud promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Each login session requires OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Account details — particularly your registered mobile number — should be kept current so that OTP and recovery processes function correctly.

77pud will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming otherwise should be disregarded and reported to platform support.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77pud are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved. Deposits fund your account balance directly in PHP and winnings are credited in PHP.

Deposits: Accepted through local Philippine payment channels including online banking, bank transfer, GCash, and Maya. Full details on available deposit methods and minimum amounts are on the Deposit page. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering funding methods.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals — meaning payouts to an account belonging to someone other than the verified account holder — are not permitted under any circumstances.

• 77pud reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal.

4 Gameplay and Betting Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pud platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to use the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game type.

9 Limitation of Liability

• 77pud is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events beyond the platform's control.
• 77pud is not liable for decisions made by players in the course of gaming — including betting amounts, game selections, or timing of bets.
• Any liability of 77pud arising under these Terms is limited to the amount of the player's current verified account balance at the time of the claim.
• 77pud makes no warranty that any particular game strategy will result in a profit. All wagering involves the risk of loss.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation is not permitted under applicable Philippine law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

77pud may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable law, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 77pud platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
